Frequently asked questions

Is this real?  It sounds too good to be true.

It is very real.  It is a little known strategy that combines Section 125 plan with a Section 105 plan requiring employees to complete at least one wellness activity per year in accordance with IRS Code 42 U.S. Code 300gg-4(k)(3)(C).  There is a bit more involved but those are the 2 main components.

What types of businesses that benefit most from your savings plan?

For-Profit Companies, Non-Profit Companies and Government Organizations can benefit from this strategy. The only requirement is that the organization must have at least 25 Fulltime (30+ hours) W2 employees.

Will this replace my health insurance?

No.  This is a way to Enhance your benefits for your employees.  We just do it in a way that also saves the employer $639/ee/yr

Where is the $639/employee/yr savings coming from?

The savings comes from reduced FICA taxes for the employer.  This is also why most employees will also see a little bump in their take home pay, but at bare minimum it will remain the same.

Must all employees participate?

No.  This is completely optional.   However, most employees do opt in because there is no net cost to them and in most cases they get a slight bump in their take home pay.  The employer will get on average $639/yr for each participating employee.
